W.O. Time Sheet by Employee Code
Work Order Menu -> Reports
-> W.O. Time Sheet by Employee Code
This report prints labor details, for the work orders, by
employee, for a selected date range.
Current and/or closed Work orders can be included.
The prompts are:

- FROM EMPLOYEE CODE
- Leave this field blank to include all employees, or select a
starting employee number from the Employee
Search window.
- TO EMPLOYEE CODE
- Leave this field blank to include all employees, or select an
ending employee number from the window.
DATE TO CHECK
- Select one of the following date source options:
- Select Work Order to use the Work Order header date for
the date selection.
- Select Labor to use the labor detail date for the report
date selection
FROM DATE
- Accept the default starting date to start at the first work
order, or type in a preferred starting date.
- TO DATE
- Accept today's date for the report ending date, or type in a
preferred ending date.
INCLUDE OPEN WORK ORDERS
- Check this box to include current Work orders that are still in
progress.
Uncheck this box to exclude current Work Orders.
INCLUDE CLOSED WORK ORDERS
- Check this box to include completed Work orders that have been
closed out to history.
Uncheck this box to exclude closed Work Orders.
REPORT OPTIONS
- This value defaults to the operator preference as defined in
Operators.
Select one of the output options to Print a report or export
the data to Excel as outlined in Report Options.
Finished?
- Click the ACCEPT button to begin printing the report, or CANCEL
to abort.
