W.O. Time Sheet by Employee Code


Work Order Menu -> Reports -> W.O. Time Sheet by Employee Code

This report prints labor details, for the work orders, by employee, for a selected date range.
Current and/or closed Work orders can be included.
The prompts are:

FROM EMPLOYEE CODE
Leave this field blank to include all employees, or select a starting employee number from the Employee Search window.
TO EMPLOYEE CODE
Leave this field blank to include all employees, or select an ending employee number from the window.

DATE TO CHECK
Select one of the following date source options:
  • Select Work Order to use the Work Order header date for the date selection.
  • Select Labor to use the labor detail date for the report date selection

FROM DATE
Accept the default starting date to start at the first work order, or type in a preferred starting date.
TO DATE
Accept today's date for the report ending date, or type in a preferred ending date.

INCLUDE OPEN WORK ORDERS
Check this box to include current Work orders that are still in progress.
Uncheck this box to exclude current Work Orders.

INCLUDE CLOSED WORK ORDERS
Check this box to include completed Work orders that have been closed out to history.
Uncheck this box to exclude closed Work Orders.

REPORT OPTIONS
This value defaults to the operator preference as defined in Operators.
Select one of the output options to Print a report or export the data to Excel as outlined in Report Options.

Finished?
Click the ACCEPT button to begin printing the report, or CANCEL to abort.
