Web Services can be used to provide access to the data tables in order to port information out of Texada SRM that could then be loaded into another software application, such as Salesforce.com (SFDC).
The CSV (Comma Separated Values) file export action on select tables can be scheduled and automated by setting up the SFEX01 job on Automatic Job Scheduling, that will export all records not yet marked as processed.
Records included in the CSV files include:
During the CSV generation all records touched since the last
export will be added to the CSV corresponding log file.
The database housekeeping scripts will purge all records more than
90 days old.
The first columns in the CSV file will always be sequenced as
follows:
